What is a Giclée?

Gicleé is derived from the French verb gicler

which means "to spray, jet, or spurt."

A Giclée is an archival fine art print produced

on high quality acid–free paper or on canvas.

A Giclée print exudes vibrancy of color. Prints are created with archival inks that will last up to 200 years with protection from direct sunlight.

A Giclée is the highest quality print that can be produced with today's technology to best replicate the integrity of the original art.

Giclées are printed digitally so that the artist is able to control the quality at a much higher level than any other print method.
